Total construction cost approximately $1,000.000.00. FMO designed the facade repairs for this 7 story building for LL-11 6th cycle repairs. Work included replacement of parapet wall with new 42" tall parapet walls, new sill, new hung and loose lintels, new roof overlay system (approx. 20,000sf) and masonry repairs, such as pointing, brick replacement and epoxy crack injection.
